The sign-in screen is headed “Sign in to your account”. Enter your email address and password and press “Sign in”.
If your account has a second factor
If two-factor authentication is on, the app does not sign you in yet. The form changes to ask for a code, labelled “Authentication code”, and it keeps the email and password you already typed so you do not have to enter them again.
If you cannot reach your authenticator, choose “Use a recovery code instead” and the field becomes “Recovery code”. Recovery codes are single use.
“Back” returns you to the password form without signing you in.
If your organisation requires a second factor and you have not set one up
You may be stopped at sign-in and asked to set up an authenticator before you can continue. No session is issued until you do. This is covered in Two-factor authentication.
What the other footer links do
- “Need an account? Sign up” switches the panel to registration.
- “Forgot password?” starts a password reset. See Reset your password.
- “Resend verification” opens a field where you can ask for a fresh confirmation email without signing in.
While the app is starting
If you already have a session, the app restores it before it shows you anything, and you see a brief loading state.
If that restore fails because of a network problem rather than because your session has expired, you are not thrown back to the sign-in form. You get a short “connection problem” screen with a “Retry” button instead, because signing in again would not have been the fix.
Signing out
“Sign out” is in the account menu at the right end of the top bar. See Sign out and sessions.
