Account and profile
“Settings” is in the “Admin” block pinned at the foot of the sidebar. It opens on “Profile”. “Your profile”, in the account menu at the right end of the top bar, opens the same section.
The sections
Down the left, the settings are in four groups:
- “Connections”: “Stores”, “Carriers”, “ERP”, “Freight”, “Fulfillment” and “API keys & webhooks”.
- “Shipping”: “Sender & packages”, “Labels & printing” and “Address checks”.
- “Brand”: “Your brand”.
- “Account”: “Profile”, “Language & region”, “Security”, “Your emails”, “Activity log”, “Data & export” and “Billing”.
“Billing”, the last item, is not a section: it opens the Billing page, where the plan, the company details printed on your invoices and the invoices themselves live. See Invoices.
The search box above the groups finds a section by its name, by its group’s name, or by the words on its cards: Chronopost and PrintNode find “Labels & printing”, which holds the printers, and Shopify finds “Stores”. When nothing matches it says so.
On a phone, “Settings” opens on the list itself, with the same search and groups. Tap a section to open it; “All settings” above it takes you back to the list. Searching there only filters the list.
The automation rules and the checkout methods mapping are not here: they are on the “Automation” page, under “Orders & shipping” in the sidebar. See Automation rules.
Not everyone sees every section
Three sections and the Billing link are restricted.
“Security”, “API keys & webhooks” and the “Billing” link are for the account owner only. “Activity log” is for owners and administrators, not viewers.
Hiding them is a convenience, not the boundary. The platform refuses those requests for anyone who should not make them, whatever the interface shows.
You may also notice there is no team section. That is deliberate and temporary: team members can currently reach only the settings surface, so showing a members list while giving an invited colleague an empty app would be worse than not showing it. See Accept a team invitation.
Profile details
“Profile details” holds your name, email, phone and company. The page says plainly that these fields are used across labels, billing and account records, which is worth taking literally: a name here appears on things you send to customers.
Your “Language”, “Timezone”, “Date format” and “Time format” are in “Language & region”, each once. Until September 2026 the profile repeated them, and the date and time formats set under the regional settings were never saved. See Language.
Legal
A “Legal” area gives you the privacy policy and the terms, opening in place rather than sending you out of the app.
Changing your password
“Change password” is under “Security”. See Security.
Closing the account
“Delete account” is at the bottom of this section. See Export your data and close your account.
