This is the index. Every address the customer app answers on, and every page inside the shell, with the guide that covers it.

Addresses that work without signing in

These render before any sign-in check, so an anonymous visitor reaches them.

Address What it is Guide
/shopify/embedded Horizon inside Shopify admin Horizon inside Shopify admin
/privacy Privacy policy published at the route itself
/terms Terms of service published at the route itself
/contact Public contact form Help and support
/cbam/supplier/<uuid> Supplier emissions questionnaire The emissions questionnaire you send to suppliers
/supplier/po Purchase order page a supplier opens from your link Suppliers and purchasing

/reset-password Request a reset, and set a new password Reset your password

The legal texts are deliberately not restated as guides. They are authoritative documents, versioned by the platform, and a second copy in a guide could only diverge from them.

Addresses that require signing in

These sit behind sign-in. An anonymous visitor who opens one gets the sign-in form, not the page. Four of them are reachable before the plan check, because they are how an account gets connected or subscribed: /woo/pair, /woo/billing/return, /shopify/link and /connect/<id>. The rest also sit behind every account gate.

Each is reachable as ?tab= followed by its name.

The page names are labels; the ?tab= values stay as they were, so a link made before a page was renamed still opens it. With no ?tab= and no last page to return to, the app opens Control Tower.

Older links still resolve: the invoices tab opens Billing, and the passports tab opens Digital Passports at its passports view. The Ecommerce, Carriers and ERP tabs, which were an Integrations section of the sidebar until September 2026, open their sections in Settings (see below), and so does a store-connect return. The retired Locations, Warehouse and Dispatch tabs open wherever each of their views lives now: see Inventory, batches and locations and Dispatch.

Sub-views

Pages with more than one view carry a second parameter, named for the page so a view chosen on one cannot leak into another.

“Orders” (orders_view) opens on attention, “Needs attention”, since September 2026. When the server cannot say which orders need attention, it opens on open and there is no attention tab.

“Automation” (automation_view) opens on activity, “Activity”. A link to rules, checkout or all opens that tab, and the old Settings links to the rules and to Checkout methods open theirs.

“Returns” (returns_view) opens on all, the worklist’s “All” stage. The same parameter carries the worklist stages and the other tabs: the “Returns” tab is the worklist, and has no value of its own. See Returns.

“Digital Passports” (dpp_view) opens on overview. Links to the former credentials, audit-anchor and resolver-preview views open trust, “Trust & Proof”, which replaced them; links to the former policies and analytics views open overview. See Digital Product Passports.

“Billing” (billing_view) opens on plan, “Plan & wallet”; carrier_invoices is “Carrier invoices”. A link to one of your own invoices opens plan. See Carrier invoices.

The retired Dispatch page’s audits and claims views (dispatch_view) are switched off, so a link to them opens “Tracking”. See Dispatch.

Settings sections

The list is in four groups: “Connections” (“Stores”, “Carriers”, “ERP”, “Marketing & support”, “Freight”, “Fulfillment”, “API keys & webhooks”, “Connected apps”), “Shipping” (“Sender & packages”, “Labels & printing”, “Address checks”), “Brand” (“Your brand”) and “Account” (“Company”, “Profile”, “Language & region”, “Security”, “Your emails”, “Activity log”, “Data & export”, and “Billing”, which opens the Billing page rather than a section). On a phone, Settings with no section named is that list, with a search box; see Account and profile.

Each section is reachable as ?tab=Settings&settings_section= followed by its id: stores, carriers, erp, marketing, freight, fulfilment, api, connected_apps, shipping, labels, address_checks, branding, company, account, regional, security, notifications, activity, data. The ids did not change when the sections were renamed in September 2026: shipping is “Sender & packages”, notifications is “Your emails” and regional is “Language & region”. The older ids still open the place that holds their content: addresses opens shipping, printers and printing open labels at its printer card (Printers was a section of its own until October 2026), integrations opens stores, billing opens the Billing page, and automation opens the Automation page at its rules. A connection that needs you puts a dot on its section in the list; see Stores in Settings.

The “Checkout methods” card, which maps the delivery option each customer chose at checkout to a carrier service, has been on the “Automation” page since September 2026, not in “Sender & packages”. See Checkout methods. A link can open that card directly: ?tab=Automation&automation_view=checkout&settings_focus=checkout-methods, which is where the “Map methods” banner on “Orders” and an order’s “Map it” lead. The older link, ?tab=Settings&settings_section=shipping&settings_focus=checkout-methods, still opens it there.

“Marketing & support” holds Klaviyo; see Klaviyo. “Connected apps” lists the AI apps allowed to read the account, with Disconnect; only the account owner sees it, and only while the feature is switched on. See Connected apps. “Company” holds your company’s legal details and the verification documents Next Horizon may ask for; see Company and verification documents. Settings still opens on “Profile”.

There is no team section at present. See Accept a team invitation.
