Accept a team invitation

View as Markdown

When someone invites you to their Horizon account, you get a link by email.

The link opens /team/accept, a page of its own outside the app shell, and the signed token in the address is what proves the invitation is yours. You do not need an account first, and you do not sign in before opening it.

Because the token is the credential, treat the link like a password: do not forward it, and do not paste it anywhere public. It is meant for one person.

What you can see once you are in

Be aware of a real limit here. Team membership today reaches the settings surface, not the operational data. An invited member does not see the inviting account’s orders, shipments, stores, passports or tracking.

So if you have accepted an invitation and the app looks empty, that is the current behaviour and not a fault with your invitation.

The account owner’s side

Inviting teammates is locked until the inviting account has confirmed its own email address. See Confirm your email address.

Seats are counted against the account’s plan. When they are all in use, the app says so rather than silently failing. See Usage and limits.
