Dispatch
Dispatch is no longer in the sidebar. It used to be the shipping workspace in the sidebar’s former Shipping section, and every view it held has moved to the page that does that job. Old links to it still work: each one opens wherever its view lives now.
Where each view went
- Shipments is now “Tracking”: the same shipments, with the map and the detail panel. The SLA risk the old list showed is on each shipment’s row there. See Track a shipment.
- Tracking, the scan list, is now inside one shipment’s detail panel on “Tracking”, as “Raw carrier scans”. Reading a carrier’s scan codes is a support question about one parcel, not a page to browse.
- CO₂ is now “Emissions” in “Insights”, which reads the nightly emissions rollup. See Insights and the AI analyst.
- Notifications is now its own sidebar entry, “Customer emails”, in the “Orders & shipping” section. See Notifications.
A link to the old CO₂ view opens “Emissions”. A link to the old notifications view opens “Customer emails”, on the same tab of that page the link named, so a bookmark to its templates still lands on the templates. Any other Dispatch link opens “Tracking”.
Audits and claims
The surcharge audits and parcel claims views stay switched off. Carrier invoices are now brought in on “Billing”, in its “Carrier invoices” tab, and that is where their charges are checked: what you can claim back from the carrier, what you can avoid, and what is worth a look. See Carrier invoices.
Parcel claims here are not freight claims. Freight has its own claims queue. See Freight and customs.
