**Paying by SEPA direct debit is not available.**

There is no direct debit option in the subscribe flow, none on the paywall, and none on the **"Billing"** page. Nothing in the platform collects or stores a mandate.


## What is available

Card payment, including the bank confirmation step where your card requires one. See [Pay by card](/app/pay-by-card).

Accounts that subscribed through Shopify or WooCommerce are billed by those platforms and pay by whatever means those platforms support. That is separate from anything Horizon collects.
